My 13 year old son has suffered a couple of knee issue on his left side in the past 2 years.
This past 9 months he's gone from having a really smooth running style to now having a slight limp.
I've analysed his running form in slo mo and there's hardly any flex when he lands on his left foot when compared to his right.
I'm obviously guessing his body doesn't fully trust his left knee but wondering what we can do to rectify it?
Is it a case of just building up more strength on that left knee?
Would appreciate any help.
