Guys I think this might be because I'm slightly overweight (15st), but I get mild shooting pains up my leg when my heel strikes the ground when jogging.... possible wearing the wrong trainers.
I normally just run through the pain as its bearable.....but will I do any long term damage if I do this?
any suggestions/comments?
