hi,all.talking to a guy earlier this week.saying he runs wearing no socks at all.
seemed a bit odd to me,anyways i tried it earlier,my feet were cooler,but i don't
think it's hygenic.or am i missing something.
anybody,do the same.

There's a higher probability of developing fungal problems such as athlete's foot if you do not run with socks amongst some other less common infections. As much as this may feel better, its much less hygenic as you do not wash the inside of your shoes, so the sweat will build up, the sweat will have salts and micronutrients which fungi can colonise in, fungi build up and then colonise in your feet. Wear socks.

really makes little difference. I prefer to wear them as I find trainer/spike linings tend to irritate my feet and cause blisters.

From the hygeine perspective, as long as you just wash your feet before and after should be perfectly fine.
