hi i have not long startrd couch 2 5k (again). Had to abandon before due to personal reasons I completed w2 d2 today. I was wonder what a reasonable distance is to cover in week 2? I know its not really about that, but i just feel i am really slow and wondered if it was maybe just in my mind. I am completing it on a treadmill st the moment so i can keep better track of pace and when i go to do day 3 of w2 i am going to try up pace a little even for just last two runs. Any advice from more experienced runners or those that have dond snd had success with c 2 5k would be appreciated.
