Whats the best method of straightening your calves? Last Sunday i did a half marathon with sore calves after for a few days,so i rested from running until yesterday and did 9m at a slower pace but my calves are hurting again.
Hill intervals and 1 legs stair dips 2 x 10 reps per leg progressing. Stand on a step of your stairs with your toes, lift one leg, lower your heel below the toes and then drive to tip toes, erpeat 10 times then swap legs
