I'm just starting a 12 week plan to get myself ready for a local Half Marathon.
At work I spend 7 hours walking around a warehouse, I walk 500 metres home, have a 45 minute rest before going out for my runs. How much stretching will I need to do before my run to ensure I ready to run safely?
