Ingredients:

70g Dried spaghetti
1 tsp olive oil
1 onion
50g extra lean back bacon
1/2 garlic clove
Fresh basil
Green leaf salad

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti to desired firmness.

Heat 1 tsp olive oil and cook 1 small chopped onion with the bacon and 1/2 a clove of garlic for 3-4 minutes.

Add two chopped tomatoes and a handful of chopped fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft.

Drain the spaghetti and mix in the sauce. Serve with green leaf salad.
