Just started running - Boy is it hard work!!!!!
Just completed a charity 5k - in 31 mins followed by ther Race for Life in 30 mins. Now pulled a muscle so resting it.
Registered for a 5k in July before the Cardiff 10k in September. Really want to do a 1/2 marathon but have to stop saying "I can't do it".

That's a good time for a first 5k, i had the same thoughts about 1/2 marathons, but you'll find your stamina and endurance increase with every run you do and soon you'll be on to the full Marathon ;)
