Just having a little moan! Part of my prize for winning the 5K road championship was a voucher to spend on Mizuno shoes at the Sweatshop in Chorley, so I ordered a pair of Mizuno Wave Riders on June 26th. In a phone call on 29th I was told they'd received my order and was being put in the post that very day. In yet another phone call today (July 5th) I'm informed they're still sat on the counter waiting to be posted! Has anyone else experience this appalling service from Sweatshop?

Never ordered anything from Sweatshop so can't comment but wanted to say well done for winning !! :d

Agreed, I had a similar experience a while ago with ebuyer, drove me around the bend!

Hope you get 'em soon.!

nobody is interested in the customer anymore in these kind of shops.Just silly wee sales `persons` wanting the money without putting the effort in.Dont worry, its happened to me too...complain...it usually works.
