Hi ladies and gettlemen

Been running for a few years now mainly 10ks and half marathons mixed with a few 5k park runs

Was just curious on others opinions

I try to get my 3 core runs in per week, recovery, speed and long but sometimes work and family life doesn't allow for it, what's your thoughts on if you could only do 2 runs occasionally which run is the one to miss out on or is that more goal related

Thank you

Hi Mark,

This is just the way I see it, others may have different approaches to training.
If you are only doing two runs a week then do a progressive long run, or maybe a long run with the last 20-30 minutes at Lactate Threshold pace, and some speedwork, like hills or interval workouts.
