Lands End to John O'Groats and back was a doddle so now we are embarking on a run across the Great Wall of China....just one way this time but 4500 miles may take some time!:d

Just 3.5 this morning for me. Lovely, half sun, half rain, should have been great, but for some reason it felt like 3 times that far, what a struggle! but at least I feel better knowing that it burnt off that Cadbury's Twirl I gave in to yesterday.:d

Went out for 12 but my leg decided 7.39 was as far as it was going to give me painfree

By the way... it's said that if you stand on the Great Wall of China, you can actually see the moon!! :rolleyes:
