Hi all

I had decided earlier this year that I would like run in the Edinburgh marathon. I have started training for it and that I am a little unsure on a training plan, eating habits and no lager etc. I am currently running two to three nights a week for around 4 mile and I have just got upto 12.7 mile Saturday past, as I also do a day at the weekend. I have been running for about three months now and that I have never entered such an event before.

Any tips would be really helpful regarding fatigue, sore legs and any of the above.
