How do you keep sane during THE TAPER?!:d
To me this 2/3 week period is almost harder than the training itself. Running a lot less plays with your mind....will I be fit enough on the big day?
Of course I know THE TAPER is important...I'm an experienced marathoner after all (if not a good one) ...but I still feel as if resting is wrong! All I seem to do at this time is eat and sleep....obviously not a bad thing but my running shoes keep talking to me!:d
So what do you do during this time?
