Hello
I started running last year in April and got to 10 mile standard and completed teh Great South Run.
Since then I have been a complete IDIOT and let it all go.
Well enough is enough.
HERE I GO AGAIN.

Good for you Lord W - I'm sure you will find it easier 2nd time around - just keep it going.

Do you have anyone to run with, with the dark nights looking its handy to have someone to go out with.

Run on my own but as I work 12hr shifts I get 4 days off (4 on 4 off) so I can still do my runs in the light :d
