I know this sounds like a stupid question but I was wondering if anyone could give me some kind of realistic target. At the moment I can run a 10K in 62 minutes and am training 5 times a week (following a 10K programme which I should finish by the end of the 1st week of June). If I keep training after that how much can I expect my time to have improved by by the end of June and what kinds of things can I do to improve it? Sorry if this is an impossible question but I'd appreciate any ideas, thanks!
