New to running and realising the frailties of my less than fit body; I get slight pins and needles in right hand after about half hour of running, any thoughts?

I've also had a slight 'tingly' feeling in my left hand when I run, usually after 3+ miles onwards - never seemed to have been anymore than that, would not overly worry.

I've had this before and just assumed it was because most of your blood supply goes to your legs while running. I wouldn't worry too much.

I read about this.Seemingly it happens when we bend our arms when we run.Blood supply slows down to our fingers and and gives us pins n needles...similar to when we fall asleep on it and waken up with someone elses arm...if you know what I mean.
Hope this helps.
