hi,all my first post here.i've been running on average about 3 times a week
for the last couple of total time is about 1 to 2 hrs per week.
this is my current plan:
monday=45 mins
thursday=45 mins
sunday 20 mins.
i run mostly on the road,forestry roads.
i do get 'tired'/sore some weeks more than others.
any advice or help much appreciated.
