Just thought I'd write a note that may offer signs of help for those recently injured, after a few weeks off with chest pains, knee woes etc. I have been running 3 times in 10 days, about 4 miles each time and feel great.

Given me a very positive start to 2007 :)

Now - if I could only run a little faster ....... :p

I'm feeling motivated again after niggles aches and pains I had from mid-Nov to now....even looking forward to a hill session tonight!
