Hi All

Just wondering would it be better for my training and end goal if I purchase I running back and stick some weight in it and gradually increase as my training goes on.
Do alot of you do this in Training?

I was just thinking today if I ca do it with and bag full of weights then it should be easy to do it without.

Thanks

I can see the theory but ditto Trinny, never heard of anyone doing it, you could be the 1st. :d

I have heard of ankle and wrist weights for the same reason but probably only 500g or so not a set of bumbells in a rucksack. :d

Haha I was thinking more on the lines of sand and only small amount at the start. Probably won't go for the dumbells anytime soon.
