Hiya I really would like to test myself and compete in anything from 5k to marathon. I have been searching the net for training plans (weekly and monthly) but to no avail.
any1 be able to help me?
But you know what I mean? Like the legend that is Paula Radcliffe competes in 5k then does 10k a few weeks later, then a marathon not long after. I know she's an exception but that was an analogy!
