Hello all, I have just started running (slowly on treadmill) again after ten weeks out with achilles tears.
I have realised that the cause of my injury was the new machine at the gym, which we all enthusiastically went on ie the nautilus treadclimber.
My sports injury clinic said that the combination of fast walking and stepping uphill did it and I agree because I was fine til I used this machine.
Has anyone else used this machine and had problems?:(
