I'm a creature of habit and I've been finding it really hard to consistently get back into running. But I'm getting into my 30s now and I feel more out of shape now then ever before. I have to do something to change it before it snowballs and gets worse. I think the biggest problem is none of my friends are into running/fitness at all so it makes it harder to stick with it. I need a group or a person to talk to regularly to keep me on track! If anyone has any suggestions or would like to help I'm open to any suggestions!
