As I was not working I ran this morning. Great start to the day.

Get to this evening and I am sitting feeling twitchy so I got up and ran again.

What a feeling as at Easter I couldn't run for a minute continuously.

Only problem is I think I have joggers nipple, oww.

I thought about that, but tomorrow is archery and therefore a rest day. I may have to give up work in order to fit everything in. :huh:

Twice in one day, that's great:d Just can't see myself ever being able to do 2 runs in one day.

Well done Hrun! I'm usually so knackered after one run that I couldn't go out again.

Combined it was only 6.2 miles plus a warm up and down walk. Mentally though it was quite liberating.

Oooh... I can't wait to start running twice a day (one day!)... I reckon I'll always have my main run in the evening though with just a few easy miles to start the day
