Hey I was just wondering how you guys warm up and cool down...
are stretches just neccessary when warming up and cooling down?
and maybe a little jog? or maybe the strecthes just on there own...?
and why is a warm and cool down so important...?
Warm up:
Stretches on legs....
Cool Down:
Stretches and jogging lightly
thats my way of putting it... is it wrong? what should i do instead..? what do you guys do?
