Hi everyone after a long time since running regularly (a few years!) I really want to get back into it. I was previously running over 10k 2 -3 times a week and I can still manage a 2-3 k run but I want to get back to 10k distance again. Can anyone recommend a good phone app to get me motivated and gradually up to distance again (ideally not starting from scratch). I need something to train me as I know that left to my own devices I will push too hard and end up injured! Thanks and great to be back on this forum after quite a few years!
