I'm kind of in taper for my first long tri in 2 weeks time... so:

Saturday - BPTT plus a short (30km?) cycle maybe...
Sunday - early morning OW swim (3km?) then a 7 or 10 mile run?

Not very decisive, am I?

nowt tomorrow

going long and hilly on sunday, 12miles followed by 18 holes of golf!
If you have an opinion on this training technique feel free to comment on thread in beginners forum!!!
