Mrs Greg is flapping about b'day party for Greg Jnr on Sunday, so no running for me until Monday. If I've been very good and helpful, I'm hoping she'll let me do :
- 5 miles intervals session early morning
- 10 miles leisurely run late afternoon

Also, not strictly running, but I'm hoping to go look at bikes...

  • BPTT 5km on Sat morning - think it's my last chance for a quick time for a month... so might have a go at the PB (weather permitting)
  • Dunno what on Sat afternoon - a swim? A cycle?
  • Then an OW swim and a 7 mile slow run on Sunday.
  • Thames Turbo Sprint Tri early on Monday morning. Please let it be dry and not too windy!
Have a good weekend all! Good luck with that step up in training bone idle!

Well I decided to have a week off after my marathon last weekend, I may extend it, but if I'm awake tomorrow morning I'll probably meet up with our club group who run at 7am on Saturday mornings.

If not I'll try and squeeze in 12 miles at least over the weekend (in either one run or mutliple runs) so as to get me to 500 miles for 5 months this year! (it would've been more had I not been injured in March).
