Ok, bear with me, first time posting and all that.

Only just getting back into running at the moment. Was supposed to do my first half marathon in october but managed to break my ankle just a few weeks before hand. Months out of running and lots of ligament damage meant that it's taken me till now to feel properly comfortable out there.
Unfortunately I have no running stamina left after all that time off so I'm back wal/running and it's hard right now.

I've signed myself up for a 5k race in a few months and I'm aiming to do a half marathon in October. Got a friend bringing me a replacement pair of trainers from America in the new few weeks so I have the fun of brand new shoes to look forward to as well.

Just hoping I can actually keep the motivation going so any support and tips would be just great!

Good luck with getting back in the swing of things, you will be building yourself back up to speed in no time.
