Anyone in this on Sunday? My times keep improving since I started running only in March after many years doing other sport (or nothing!). Just did a 5k in training through floods and hills in 21:20 so hoping as Wetherby is quite flat to do something on or under 44 minutes or better. Hope the weather holds out.

well I went off too quick again and was marking a club mate who is a bit quicker than me, but then somehow stayed quite near him and got 42:16 !! I'm surprised to have got my time down this far this quick, even though many years ago I have done 37, I'm now starting to think I could improve more than I thought. It's a good race for fast times, mostly flat, but when you are suffering the rises are nasty ;-)
