I’ve lost 25kg in the last 2 years while I learnt to run 5k distance by using the Fast-diet 800cal approach. I’m quite happy with my weight loss and fitness level, but I’m always thinking…is it safe for me to lose 1 or 2 more kilos and get a bit of a six-pack and it may improve my running too?

It wouldn’t be much of an effort to do so, but I’d like to know if it may be healthier at my age to leave that little fat pouch on my belly.

Any opinions much appreciated
