My goal for today was to sneak in a run before work as I have a guest staying and can't run at night. I did it- the dogs and I had a lovely run but tomorrow is going to be more challenging- a practice half marathon to get in before he wakes up!
not today, but just dusted off my trainers and put my running gear by the front door ready to go for a run when I wake up in the morning.
Tomorrow marks 3 months since my last run, so going to drive to my local park and do what I can do until I have to walk. Not hoping for much, but it's a start, again!

Am Longtime runner I’ve been running for FIVE years and have done multiple marathons. So, I've decided to become a personal trainer to be a more well-rounded fitness enthusiast and in looking for a personal training certification.
