Both have got 1/2marathons on 25/3 but who'll cross the line first?

Of course, the question could be re phrased to be - will dave and Granty both managed to make it across the finishing line. :p

LOL - just looking for last minute tips !! :d - going for a 10 mile run tonight - I'll report back this evening / tomorrow morning.

What are you doing this weekend in terms of running ?

I think it`s 15 miles with the Marathon nuts tomorrow morning.................:eek:

I think they should both run holding a full pint.Time penalties for amounts spilt.if they were to do this.my moneys on Dave.He couldn't bear to spill a drop.

Dave, I managed 9 in 1:45, slight quicker than I had anticipated, feeling good the day afterwards as well, how did you get on today ?

Done 17 very slow miles today and I`m now off to have a few well deserved pints.

so have I got this right... Dave is doing Brentwood and Granty is doing Bath?


Well, I've run Bath before so my money is on Dave

...sorry Granty (btw...just in case you didn't know, Bath has a whole load of road works and some road closures starting today, expected to last for 10 weeks...hopefully the organisers know about this too)

It's not really that hilly.... just soooooooooooo depressing, in fact remembering it now just makes me want to....
