Actually it was. I was mapping a course for a training program I coach. So...instead of biking it I thought...heck...just run it...get some yaya's out. Who know's what's around the next corner. Run like Mad!!

10k schmen k!! That was ages ago... but nice to know that at one point I had some fast twictch muscle fibers...slow as concrete drying in the rain now but can kick out the long miles as if I were rowing across the Atlantic...nice and steady...just keep one foot in front of the other and we're good to go.
