Who's there this weekend - 12th Feb 2006

Hollywood! - just up for a stroll as I'm (very) fat having had an injured start to the year...

Anyone else?

Hope the cold is better, Trinity!

See you there on Sunday - although don't expect me to remember what you look like (got a terrible memory, me!)

Thanks Hollywood, yes the cold is better...got a little cough but i'm fighting it quite well.

I'll be wearing blue club vest with 'Hogweed Trotters' on it.
See you there :)

Just for completeness (and for future generations of forumites)

Wokingham lived up to its early Feb reputation by being quite cold and wet.

But it was also fast, fairly flat, very well organised and very friendly.

Loads of people seem to have got PBs (not me - I took it easy)

Definitely a recommended race from me.

I took it easy too... was on to get close to my PB at about 6, physically I felt like I could have gone for it but mentally I just wasn't up for it on the day....forgot to put my 'race head' on.

Finished in 1.43.

I am looking forward to racing properly at the Bramley 20 this Sunday though :)

Had my race head well and truly on this weekend at the Bramley 20... new PB by over 7 minutes, finishing in 2.47 :)

Congratulations! I've heard of quite a few good runs from Bramley now - beginning to get itchy feet for my next race...
