Hi,

Untill now I have always structured my training by using a trainingplan for a specific distance, running that distance and starting the follozing plan hereafter (combining programs for the half and full marathon).

Now I’m planning a first ultra-marathon (60 km) in December. Can someone provide me with advice on how to structure my training in preparation for this? Any advice in general on how to structure the running-year?
