Hi, ive always loved running and am interested in what's a generally good PB for a woman? At the moment I can do 10k in 1hr 5mins.

As a newbie myself I do look at some times and wonder if I will ever get that fast !
I do believe though that everyone will do their own PB and if its faster or slower than others it wont matter.
I cant even do 10k yet so to me your time is brilliant
