hello .
please could anyone point me in the right direction?,my roger black treadmill has broken , i heard a noise like a bolt shearing & then the belt stopped but the motor was still running so i suspect the drive belt has come off & as for the loud bolt shearing noise im not so sure .
i live in the ribble valley lancashire , does anyone know where i can get it mended , im a 61 year old grandma who as only this year started to indoor run or any running at all in my life & i enjoy a jog before my breakfast.
the model of the jogger is AG-11306 compact treadmill, thankyou in anticipation that someone out there will be able to help me !!!!.
best regards.

How about this?

When mine broke (not a Roger) I got the parts and fixed it myself. I don't know if yours will be economically viable to repair. It seems they are mostly sold by Argos, who are not really in the business of selling stuff that can last forever by being repaired :(

roger slack

hi giles.
thanks for your reply, yes i have repaired my own in the past, i have a antique gym jogger in my garage & i have replaced the old roller bearing front & back that should last me out now. but the roger black in the bedroom is for my 61 year old wife who only in the past year as started to exercise & of course the quality is very flimsy compared to the no name jogger in the garage , its really funny in the winter with the garage one , its very tempermental when really icey cold , i have to put the fan heater on the motor for a few mins to get it going to warm up , but its a good old girl.
its just that i need to know which part of the plastic covers i need to remove to get at it to inspect and rectify the damage , i am ltd in my lifting and mobilty and things need lifting and turning over to access the motor etc, my wife is reluctant to go in to the garage, but she is doing so but need to get the roger SLACK repaired or ditch before the cold sets in.
i mean ditch the jogger not the user!!!.
regards.
