Hi my name is Sophie, i am 14years old and i starting running about 1 year ago. I currently train 4 days a week and the distances i compete in are the 800m and the 1500m. These are the sessions i do -
Tuesday - speed session, eg. 6x200m, 6x300m, 6x400m or a pyramid - 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m
Thursday - Circuit
Saturday - 4mile hilly run
Sunday - longer speed session, 8x400m, 6x500m, 6x2mins
My current PB's are - 800m - 2.27.55 and 1500m - 5.11.79
I got these sessions from a couple of different websites as my club does not do structured training it is more of a jogging club. Could someone please tell me if i am doing the right sessions and if i could add/change anything?
